Small black and white dog found wandering near Broadway and Oglewood Ave. No collar, no chip. Unsure of age, but appears to be at least a few years old. Will be fostering in the meantime. I'm weary of people trying to get someone else's dog, so please provide evidence that it is yours (description, photo, vet records, etc.) PSA to everyone else, please microchip your pets!
