OK so here’s the story. What I need is cleaning subcontractors that are in these specific areas because I’m getting leads. Currently, I have 9 cleaning subcontractors but they’re in other areas or have too much office cleaning on their schedule. I need people who are much closer. Typical pay out is 70/30 split. I’ve done less and I’ve done more, if it warrants it but, I don’t negotiate pricing. The numbers I use are highly thought out so there’s no guessing. My goal is to keep working, keep the contract and make money for both of us. There’s no reason to be jealous or mad, when we can help each other and grow together. Some jobs are a pain in the ass and most are fairly OK. JANITORIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED will not train. What you need and it’s important : 1) Your own transportation and your own equipment. I don’t supply anything. 2) You need to be super reliable so when you’re servicing a contract, it’s 100% your responsibility to complete each visit. 3) You have to know how to communicate like if something‘s going down, you need to tell me asap. No hesitation or last minute issues. It’s truly about the experience and making it smooth for our clients to win them over long-term and you need to understand that to be successful. Legal requirements : If you don’t have any of these but you’re willing to get them then, we can work on this, once we’ve started a project and it’s steady 1. general liability insurance 2.
