Handyman / property manager wanted

I am looking for someone to help me manage 6 rental properties. 3 in Lincoln, 1 in Lee and 2 in Mattawamkeag. I am an out of state owner. I would need you to do minor repairs, maintenance and show the properties and help with managing the properties as needed. To start, I would need current pictures of each property taken and emailed to me and data gathering of current tenants.
