Looking for maintenance person to be a part of our Team! (40 hrs./wk over-time available). We largely service Lewiston and Auburn area, Augusta and Waterville, Rumford, Lisbon and surrounding areas. Able to assess, fix and maintain a wide variety of general maintenance issues in maintaining property: basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, skills. Repair and ready vacant units for occupancy. HVAC skills a plus. Phone skills needed for pulling up service orders on an app. Hours are Mon.-Fri. 8:00am- 5:00pm. Rotating on-call apx. 1x every 4-6 weeks, compensated extra for on-call week + over-time + mileage Pay rate based on experience, skill, tools 8 Paid holidays; 5- 10 days PTO (paid time off), mileage, $100 phone stipend/ month (unfortunately, no health benefits at this time).
