been playing over 40 years, still love playing and listening to music more than ever. plenty of semipro band experience back in the day, tons of gear, rusty chops, easygoing attitude. i know my modes and what a metronome is; i also understand that it's sometimes better not to be constrained by those things. no ambition: not looking for a job, just some music-loving folks with whom to create a little bit of magic maybe once or twice a month, just for the joy of it. open to any creative, imaginative, melodically, harmonically and rhythmically satisfying style; prefer to stay away from overly restrictive or repetitive genres. YES: rock, pop, r&b, folk, jazz, prog; NO: metal, classic rock, blues, country. greater boston area. apartment dweller, willing to drive and/or chip in for a space. of like mind? please do write!
