Full time mowing jobs offered from April 25, 2022 through October 2022 (guaranteed 5 days a week!). We are looking for energetic hard workers to join our team. You can make up to $25/hr depending on how hard you are willing to work. The faster you move, the more you make. (We pay 23% of what you gross for the company when working with a partner. That’s 46% of the total for what we charge our customers when on a two person crew. And you make 38% of gross if you work solo. The other guys pay 30% total for a two man crew….) WE ARE THE HIGHEST PAYING MOWING COMPANY IN TOWN!! All of our helpers also walk away with a bonus at the end of the season. Those who follow the rules and perform exceptionally get rewarded with more on their paychecks and larger bonuses. Slow moving helpers, not so much. We treat our help very well. We have company BBQ's every Wednesday. Payday is every other Friday, and we offer advancements on pay periods as well. We work with top notch equipment and drive company-provided trucks. Just show up, hop in a work truck and start making money. We will train you if you don’t have experience. For a chance to join our team please see if you qualify by meeting our requirements. Your own transportation to our shop (South Anchorage). A no excuses attitude. We do work in the rain. We have work available Monday - Friday beginning April 25, 2022. Please realize that Labor Day, Memorial Day both fall on a Monday. We work on these holidays because our clients count on us to get their yards mowed.
