We are hiring a water mitigation technician to help lead the demo crews/on going projects. This position will report directly to the water mitigation project manager and should be able to work closely to get all projects done. Job Duties: - lead and help complete demo's - perform daily site checks on all jobs - coordinate scheduling with clients - create accurate sketches for each project - fill out tik sheets for each job - take and upload daily photos for each job - place equipment at the job sites and know what piece of equipment does what - take daily moisture readings at each job site - have knowledge of water mitigation practices/IICRC s500 rules - work closely with the project manager to get all documentation for the job as instructed. We are looking for someone who is fast but detailed. We are a very fair company and will promote this position into the office/field pm side quickly if the candidate has the willingly to learn and is a team player.
