Hey there, a Woman in one of my Facebook groups posted a picture of this dog today. And said she found her on the side of the road in Eugene. She does not have a chip. I have lost a pet and been reunited with her because of a kind stranger and it was really incredible. I'm hoping to help find this Dogs person. She was found in Eugene and she's a female.
