🦃 Have a farm-to-table Thanksgiving! 🦃
Learn how to properly butcher and prepare a turkey in a safe, humane, and sanitized way in Goodyear (10 freeway and Estrella Parkway).
The meat is shrink-wrapped, sealed, and cooled, and ready to eat immediately or freeze until Thanksgiving.
Butcher dates are Friday, Sept 9 and Saturday, Sept 17. Exact start time can be flexible depending on participants, but will be in the morning. Takes about two hours.
$30 for class
$20 for class with turkey purchase
Must be pre-paid and limited to five people per day. We have a plucker and all of the necessary equipment.
Farm-raised heritage turkey jennys are $90 and will be ready to eat or freeze. They will weigh approximately 18-20lbs.
