Found little dog with black collar lost in the Brashear Resevoir Parklet. He is not fixed with no tags. Looking for his owner. He is a nice little guy who must have wanted an adventure. I don’t wanna take him to a kennel so I’m keeping him while we try to find the owner. Thanks for any help.
