We are looking for a truck dispatcher to join our team to plan and monitor the logistics for our fleet of dedicated truck drivers. Our Ideal Dispatcher: • Experienced: Associate's degree in logistics or transportation management or experience in the trucking industry is preferred but not required. We are willing to provide paid on-the-job training for the right candidate. • Computer Savvy: Able to easily navigate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Willing and able to learn our trucking and logistics software. • Strong Communicator: Interacts politely and professionally with customers and drivers. Active listener with a customer service oriented attitude. • Problem Solver: able to think on their feet, take charge, and make decisions quickly.
