This position is for installation, service and repair of light commercial and residential heating and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities: Assist lead installer with residential and light commercial HVAC equipment installation and change outs Perform routine preventative maintenance Drive, keep clean and organize installation van. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications: At least 1 years of previous HVAC or construction hands on experience Great communication and customer service skills Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills EPA Certification is preferred Trade school certification is preferred NATE certification is preferred Clean driving record is a must Able to pass Background check and periodic Drug Screening Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000 per year BOE
