Landscape Construction and Installation crew member - **Signing Bonus*

We're a small landscape design and construction company looking for team members of ALL skill levels. We are in need of enthusiastic, reliable crew members who want to be part of a tight-knit team focused on the installation of exceptional landscape projects. We are looking for folks with either experience or an eagerness to learn who work well with others and have a positive, can-do attitude. We work with wood, stone, concrete, plants, soil and steel. Our work is almost entirely residential. We are located in Fremont/Ballard and the vast majority of our jobs are nearby - generally in North Seattle. Four 10s is what we work most of the year. We can be flexible to meet your needs. QUALIFICATIONS + interest or experience in landscape construction or any related trades: the job will require moving of materials (gravel, soil, sand, stone etc.), trenching and digging, building and fabricating, cutting, sanding, concrete forming, stone setting, paving, planting, mulching and more + ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions + responsible, positive 'can-do' attitude + able to lift/move 50+ pounds regularly throughout any given day + must pass background check and have a clean driving record + willingness to learn, grow and be a positive team player + must be reliable and able to take direction + landscaping or construction experience a plus but not required + competence utilizing basic tools for landscape installation desirable but not required - training will be provided + enthusiasm for contributing to the execution of exceptional projects is a major PLUS because that is what we do + desire to be part of a team focused on a positive work place and producing exceptional work BENEFITS/COMPENSATION $20 - $30+/hr DOE, health insurance, 401k, 40 hrs vacation, 40 hrs sick/safe time, paid holidays, performance bonuses, $500 signing bonus after 60 days
