Are you a site superintendent with at least 3-5 years running custom residential remodels? Do you want to grow your career in a smaller but established and growing company? If so, we should talk... We are Eden Custom Builders, a Kirkland-based high end customer residential remodeler and builder looking for a site superintendent familiar with overseeing all phases of residential home remodeling. The role will run internal crews and subs and collaborate with our project managers to maintain our high levels of customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates are accustomed to exhibiting high quality workmanship, with proficiency in reading and following building plans. Applicants must be courteous, neat, and presentable to convey a professional image to clients and homeowners.
