Village Pointe Apartments in Northridge California has an immediate opening for a full time custodian at our beautiful 258-unit garden style community. The position of Service Apprentice puts you in the driver seat when it comes to keeping the property looking it’s best. If you like the outdoors and love cleaning then this will be a great opportunity for you. Our 6 acre community has three laundry centers, a clubhouse, gym, pool, spa, and BBQ area, and lush garden walkways. Your primary role will be making sure that each area is thoroughly cleaned and detailed in keeping with our goal to provide a superior living experience to our valued residents. Desired skills: • 1 year custodial experience in apartment or similar setting • Painting experience a plus
