$18/hr, Random manual labor projects

Hi, I have a number of projects I would like to take care of at 2 properties I currently have. The first project I would like to take care of is remodeling a 20ft x 20ft Shed. What I need help with is: - Demolition of interior - Light construction - Installing some new windows - Drywall - Flooring - Painting - Some landscaping work, - and a small retaining wall around the outside of the shed. I have similar projects I need to do at another location, but lets start with this one and go from there. I have pretty much every tool we will need. I'm just looking for someone who is looking for work, who can complete the above tasks with little supervision. I will be around to guide you on what to do, and how to do it, if you need. I can pay $18/hr, anywhere from 3 to 5 days per week. 9am to 5pm This location is in Concord (Close to the Concord Airport) If you are capable of doing manual work, are not afraid of getting your hands dirty, and have some experience that will be ideal.
