Technically I believe he resigned. Just like the deep state, he resigned so there will be no blow back, he'll get a pension, no prosecution and the liberals will hope the whole thing just fades away. Now if this was reversed, the FBI/DOJ would have this guy face down on the pavement with a multitude of fully automatic weapons pointed at his head and he would be charged with treason for subverting an election. The liberals would be maximizing TV time waving their arms and screaming how conservatives are killing democracy. Yes, Timothy Thibault is the lead guy who switched the election. Polling states that 1 in 6 Americans would not have voted for biden had they known about the corruption. Why is Timothy Thibault not behind bars!!!!!
