6yo cat needs new home

Needing to find a home for our 6 year old DSH. Some alpha issues with our older cat have started and need to separate them. He is skittish, doesn't like to be held for very long, but will lay with you, cuddle, and loves to rub on your feet and play with string. Would be best in a calmer household(he is not the aggressor). He goes to Community Animal Clinic for care, so all of his records are there. He does not like outside, except for sitting in a window watching birds, so you will need a carrier when picking him up. We just want him to go to a safe and loving home. Rehoming fee is negotiable but not asking for much. Just let me know what you think would be fair. Txt only please
