Russian Tortoise for Rehoming

I have a Russian tortoise I have to rehome. he is around 5 years old, I’ve had him about 1 year. I am currently unable to take care of him that way I want to. I want to make sure he goes to someone who can give him the time and attention he needs. I am charging a 150 dollar rehoming fee because he will come with an enclosure, a rock water dish, a food dish, a wood house/hut. and a heater and lightbulb. the heater is ceramic and is supposed to last 6 years and i’ve had it about a year
