Border collie/blue heeler, male, and intact. Approximately 10 months old. Is a sweet and loving foster puppy we went back on forth keeping but ultimately our landlord said no. Looking for a family/person who has time and love to give. Low rehoming fee just to cover vet visits and shots. Text me for more info/pictures if interested.
