Multi-talented musician looking for strong vocalist to work with

I mainly play bass and do production/sound making/tinkering for lack of better word but also play guitar, mix, and master to varying degrees. Looking to first and foremost find a strong vocalist to collab and work with locally and make some unique music, genre being no concern of right now. Vocals could be singing, harsh vocals, rapping, etc; just wanna find someone whos really good at what they do. Vocalist and instrument player would be even better. Ideal timeline would be find and discuss a sound, write some stuff then maybe start recruiting the rest of the band and start playing live. These are fluid plans just to throw something out there. I have examples of stuff ive worked on if needed, please be ready with samples yourself as i will be asking anyway
