After failing to find an AirBNB cleaning service that meets our standards, we're starting our own. Looking for an ambitious, reliable, and detail oriented lead cleaner to manage and hire small crew for upcoming jobs. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to make good money and chance to turn into full time work. Role includes: * Detailed turn-over service * Scheduled cleans, 7 days per week, between 10am and 4pm * Cleaning supply pickup * Making all of the beds * Cleaning and putting away any dishes * A thorough wash of the toilets, showers, and bathtubs * Emptying all trash and recycling cans * Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming * Wiping down counters and high-touch services such as door handles and light switches Requirements: * Valid driver's license * Reliable transportation * Strong time and task management skills Strongly preferred: * Short term cleaning experience (hotel or other AirBNB) * Understanding for how short term rentals work
