Description
Looking to hire a few handymen/maintenance people with construction skill sets. Job details include but not limited to maintenance, repairs, small to medium sized remodeling and make ready projects. Please send your name, a resume, phone number and/or email and a detailed description of your experience. We are looking for full time with 40 hours a week. This will be a 1099 contracted job. We will be paying weekly after calculating total number of hours/days worked. Must have bank account for ACH/direct deposits for payroll, a car, cell phone and basic tools for the trade like impact, drill, hammer and etc. but we will provide specialized tools when needed. Will need basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting. Framing, tiles, flooring and other skills are a plus.
Pay will $20-$25/H starting at $20/H but will raise it depending on performance and skill after a week.
Laborers/Cleaners $15/H
