We are seeking an Leasing/Assistant Property Manager for a role at Alpha Property Management's managed apartment complex, Le Coeur Du Monde (LCDM), located in Saint Louis, MO. Alpha Property Management manages approximately 2500 units of conventional and affordable multifamily housing throughout the Unites States and Puerto Rico.
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly property.
Qualifications:
- One year of related experience is required.
- Good verbal communication skills are required.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Walk the property daily and remove litter and debris from the grounds; detail when necessary.
- Perform clean-out duties for vacated apartment units, including the removal of all abandoned furniture, trash, boxes, etc.
- Check and replace exterior lighting when necessary.
- Clean and sweep dumpster areas and all outdoor recreational areas.
- Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways and parking areas as needed.
- Light maintenance duties as requested.
- Additional duties as assigned verbally or in writing.
