Dynamic Drain Technologies specializes in pipelining technologies for multifamily condos and industrial facilities. Due to rapid growth, we are adding a Superintendent to our operations team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of superintendent experience and a successful project management track record. Previous plumbing experience is a plus. The Superintendent will run the day-to-day operations on the job site spending approximately 75% of their time managing internal staff and subcontractors and 25% completing individual project-related tasks. Must be proficient with MAC/PC project management software. Responsibilities: • Drive cost-effective project management techniques, highly attentive to quality control • Project manage subcontractors and internal staff • Mediate with property managers and tenants to develop workable solutions to facility shutdowns and access to apartment/condo units • Become an internal expert on: o Cured in place lining technologies o Camera technologies o Sonde locating equipment o 184XL jetter o Pneumatic and robotic reinstatement cutters o Picote drain cleaning technologies o Project manage/train staff on: o Pipe cutting and basic sanitary and storm pipe fitting o Pipe assessment utilizing camera technologies o Install cured in place pipe linings o Operate pneumatic and robotic reinstatement cutters o Utilize PC to capture pipe inspection images and follow/update project management plans o Setting up and operating Picote Drain Technologies o Safety management • Risk management • Manage preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance programs for equipment • Maintain OSHA 10 & 30 certification and CSE entry certification • Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of: o PACP Infrastructure Intelligence Studies o Rigid PACP Software’s o Smartsheet Design Software The Position Requires • 2+ years of construction management or equivalent military experience • Clean driving record • Clean background check • Strong leadership skills that inspire • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and under budget • Excellent skills in working with customers and collaborating with the internal team • Ability to quickly adjust priorities and shift direction Compensation and benefits • Four weeks of paid time off per year • Ten paid holidays per year • Merrill Lynch Simple IRA retirement account with a 3% annual IRA employer match • After 30 days of employment, group health insurance is available.
