Le Petit Outre Bakery is looking for a full time PM pastry baker. Shifts begin around 4pm and may run until 11pm or later. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: daily and bulk prep, preparing fillings and pastry components, managing product numbers, proofing, baking and decorating pastries. 4-5 evenings a week schedule, weekends required. Pay depends on experience and availability.
