Residential carpenter / framer. Position starts right away. 25-$40hr framing a large renovation for 4-5 weeks. If you're experienced, we'd keep you on to set all windows, doors and siding. We use cranes for heavy lifting, boom lifts for heights. This person will be working with two skilled Carpenters and part-time laborer. Qualifications. Looking for semi-skilled or highly skilled framers. - 7- 10 years rough framing / carpenter in residential. Renovation experience a plus - able to read and understand plans working hours 7am- 8am start, 8-10hr shifts, 5 days a week. - able to show up on time. - no illegal drugs - English or Spanish ok. We have a bilingual employee. Tools; pay depends on what you have: - framing bags/tools are mandatory. - nail gun, hose, compressor, other battery and framing tools, if you have, you'll receive a higher pay rate. This is a part-time contract position, once house is complete, employment ends. We have another new build soon after we can reevaluate if another contract position available.
