Title – Assistant Operations Manager Job Description – Kustom Kleaning Services LLC is an independently owned commercial cleaning service based in Knoxville, TN. We are experiencing rapid growth and expanding our management team. We exclusively clean for commercial clients throughout Knox & surrounding counties. We are seeking a detailed individual to support our operations manager in all areas of staff management, scheduling & quality control. Salary - $32,000 per year plus $25/hour for any work that exceeds 30 hours Schedule – Five days per week occurring on weekends and evenings. The right applicant will have the opportunity to pick which days they work during the week, but most weekends will be required. Weekday work will always occur in the evenings after 6pm, so the right candidate must be comfortable with working evenings and late hours. We expect this position to take 30 hours or less per week on average, but busier weeks will pay $25.00 per hour for anything worked over 30 hours. Job Duties – This position will support our Operations Manager as needed. Typical job duties outlined below Assist with training new staff members on the proper techniques and cleaning protocols Perform quality checks of existing buildings and report findings to operations manager Perform cleaning and detailing of new and existing buildings as needed Assist with emergency cleaning coverage as needed if existing backup team members are unavailable Deliver supplies to buildings as needed Other duties as requested by the operations manager Job Requirements – Professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required Reliable transportation required Strong work ethic Excellent attention to detail Clear communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and lift light equipment/trash Benefits – Flexible schedule and opportunity for growth Paid two week vacation annually
