Learn basic martial arts while increasing your flexibility as well as increasing your strength. Classes run for about an hour and a half and they are 1on1. We start with 20 minutes of stretching, 40 minutes of technique work (punches, kicks, hitting mitts/pads), and 30 minutes of calisthenics and weights.
