This job is working on residential and commercial rental properties mainly between Carlisle and the River. Must have hands-on experience and a basic set of tools. Skill such as plumbing, light electrical, laying carpet, and painting are especially valuable. 1099 or employee. Flexible hours. $20 per hour plus mileage.
