Seeking meticulous, reliable Delivery Dispatcher who is able to efficiently multi-task. Duties are to oversee delivery orders for local restaurants in the downtown Jersey City and Hoboken Area. Prior logistics, operations, delivery, customer service and dispatcher experience preferred, but not required. Responsibilities: Supervision of receiving, sorting and tracking deliveries as well as updating clients. Coordinate the dispatching of drivers to ensure timely pick up and deliveries. Train staff on proper delivery procedures and protocols. Attention to detail when preparing daily reports and while tending to store and client inquiries. Requirements: Ability to troubleshoot any challenges that may arise throughout the day. Ability to work independentl and confidently in a fast paced environment while maintaining a calm composure.
