Need someone to tar my flat roof

I need someone, preferably with a helper, to re-tar the flat roof of my house. It is 19x43 and about 30ft high. I will provide my own tar and 2 special spreader tools. You will use your own ladder. If you don't have such a tall ladder you can rent one from home depot for the day. Tell me how much you want to charge. Thanks! FYI I got cheated by a roofing company who did only 2/3 of my roof and used cheap tar that is peeling off after only 3 months and they refuse to answer the phone so now I must do it "myself".
