Plumber needed to clean cooler on industrial oven

We have an industrial oven in a test facility. We have a chiller that recirculates fresh water through two coolers at the end of the oven. The water got really dirty with small chunks in it. We have cleaned the system, but one of the coolers appears to be plugged off and is not cooling sufficiently to allow the oven to run for more than a few hours. We need someone to pull the coolers apart, clean the filters, and flush the coolers. Please give me some idea what you will charge. I don't mind paying for experience.
