R&B Services, LLC. is family owned Excavation company currently seeking safety conscientious CDL A or B Dump Truck Driver, Equipment Operators and Laborers who are looking to expand knowledge and grow in the excavation industry. At R&B Services, our focus is to work as a team to get the job done within a reasonable and consistent time-frame daily. Typical shift hours are 6:30AM to 4:00/5:00PM with limited Saturday's unless OT is wanted. On-site employees play an integral role in a broad range of site-work activities ranging from heavy construction, site grading to utility work. CDL Drivers work on-site at times delivering/moving materials and will be making local deliveries with aggregates, etc. when not needed on excavation projects. CDL DRIVER candidates - Class A license with equipment hauling preferred (Tag trailer). Class B candidates should have a desire to upgrade license and learn equipment hauling portion that may be required. Pay based on experience and license type. EQUIPMENT OPERATOR candidates should have experience in operating the following equipment: bulldozer, excavators, loaders, site-trucks, etc. Willing to train the right candidate. LABORER candidates should have a strong desire to learn and expand knowledge. Opportunities for advancement are available for hard workers!
