I’m currently looking for a younger dog to aid me in my adventurous lifestyle. What I’m looking for: - A young dog, under the age of three that is (preferably) housebroken. - No known health conditions that could hinder an active lifestyle (want to take the dog hiking weekly and camping monthly - People/Cat/Dog Friendly - (Preferably) under 50 pounds, but over 15 I live an active lifestyle and reside on a four acre hobby farm. I am looking for my ideal camping/hiking/adventure buddy. I know there are plenty of dogs out there that are in need of a home. I’m not looking to spend an arm and a leg. Yes, I can afford a dog. No, I do not need a purebred or registration for AKC papers. I am looking at shelters as well so please do not recommend that unless you are fostering a specific dog that you believe would fit my lifestyle well. I’m looking for the right dog, not just any dog. I’m looking for my best friend, a companion, that wants to accompany me every place dogs are allowed. Cross posted even though I live in Maine as I'm willing to travel for the right dog.
