Housekeeper(s) for VRBO and Airbnb to clean a 1,999 sq/ft home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Duties include changing the bedding and towels, cleaning, organizing, sanitizing the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, and window cleaning, and prepping rooms for the guests.
Previous hotel/motel cleaning experience is a plus.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds. Reliable transportation and customer service skills are a plus.
Cleaning schedule based on the frequency of property bookings.
Typically, 10 - 15 cleanings per winter and 10 - 15 cleanings per summer.
Shift hours from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Pays $30 - $40/hr.
