4 guys, all sing; drums, bass, guitar, keys. Who wants to take control of their playing future and build something special? 90% of the work will be done at home, then dress rehearsals while we put a promo pak together to send to agents. We control how much we make by not playing the same old crap but by playing quality material everyone knows but most bands won't touch because they are lazy and foolish. 4 equal partners, no exceptions, we tell agents what we need and they shop it, not the other way around. We supply backline, agent finds a sound/light company they like [i know a guy]. Must have basic theory and business knowledge, no po'dunks who play by ear with no idea what a half diminished chord is. Respond if you 100% get this, continue band hopping if you don't.
