Small property management company looking to add experienced handyman to vendor rolodex. Jobsite is a 30 unit apartment complex, with units spanning 3 buildings. Work can range from very small (changing out toilet flappers, fixing faucets, painting drywall), to larger in scope (Replacing leaking sewer lines, burst pipes, installing breaker boxes). Ideally looking for a jack of all trades, but happy to work with specialists to build a consistent vendor team.
Please respond to the ad via email, include a resume, any references, expected hourly for labor, whether you have a vehicle, and what kind of work (plumbing, electrical drywall etc) that you are comfortable or uncomfortable with.
