We are looking for Qualified crew or persons for rehab. This can become a constant working opportunity for those that are skilled follow direction and understand time frames.
If you are Qualified in the following areas this may be for you.
Framing, Trim outs, Plumbing, Electrical, Tile, Flooring, drywall hang finish & texture.
etc. All Phases of Rehab.
Lic. is a plus and should be for some of the tasks.
Reasonable prices goes a long way with long term projects.
If you don't have good attitude, like to drink all the time, smoke all the time, sit on your phone, this is not for you.
If you come in in mid morning and leave early this is not for you.
