Maxus Properties is seeking to hire a full-time Housekeeper for Backyard at One North in Kansas City, Missouri. DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities of the Housekeeper/Porter include: Maintaining clean, sanitary and attractive interiors and exteriors of apartment buildings to include model units, vacant units, common areas and amenities. This may include: Vacuuming/mopping floor surfaces Window washing inside and out Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures Emptying trash receptacles to include pet stations Tidying up model units/guest suites where applicable Pruning, trimming etc of planting trees, plants, flowers and shrubs Assist in preparation for inclement weather depending on climate (snow for winter, hurricanes for summer, etc). Pick up and dispose of refuse/debris to ensure the communities’ attractiveness and safety Distribute resident notices or community flyers Report any areas of concern to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor such as items that need repairing, restocking, or vendor involvement May be called upon to assist with other projects as needed including simple maintenance or make ready requests QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent is required; familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to abiding by all Fair Housing regulations is required.
