Container Centralen, Inc. is the U.S. based supply chain logistics business that has a small cadre of full time professionals (<25) and field support personnel (<50) operating at depot and customer locations across the United States. The individual in this role will work as a member of the Operations team under the guidance of the warehouse supervisor. This position assembles and repairs plant rack shelves, bases and posts to be distributed to our customers throughout Florida and the southeast. When damaged equipment returns from the field, the repair and assembly team will use small air hammers and rivet tools to breakdown, remove damaged parts and re-assembled. Normal work week is Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm with opportunities for overtime. JOB DUTIES Operations Execution • Production • Assemble plant rack base and shelf • Repair damaged plant rack base, shelves and posts • Clean and maintains tools • Assist with other warehouse duties when needed QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications • MIG welding experience is a plus (not required) • Use of pneumatic tools • Must be able to lift and carry minimum 50 lbs. • Physically able to bend and twist • Must be able to stand for long periods of time • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to meet weekly and monthly repair quotas
