Found black and brown female cat

Mill Street near 16th Street, Salem OR

Description

I was walking through my neighborhood when I found this cat injured and bleeding at the corner of Mill Street and 16th Street. For a physical description, she's a small female long-haired cat with brown and black stripes. She's very sweet, friendly, and seems well taken care of. She has no collar, but has a microchip indicating she was adopted in Hobbs, New Mexico. Unfortunately, her owners didn't register an Oregon address for her. The owner of the property didn't know whose cat it was, but helped me take the cat to the emergency vet. The cat got an x-ray and we found out she had a broken right side of her pelvis. She can't walk, but the vet said it's possible for her fracture to heal without surgery. She is on pain meds right now. If she is your cat or looks like the cat of anyone you know, please text me at . I’m happy to provide more photos and would love to reunite her with her owner!
