Value Truck is looking for a diesel mechanic to help work on all the trucks and trailers in our fleet. We have freightliners, Peterbilt's, and Volvos that come through our yard. We need someone who will reliable, hardworking, and on time to be a part of our team. This job is Monday - Friday, with overtime available on weekends from 8-5. Experienced Mechanic needed, be able to make executive decisions repairs, keep up with maintenance on 4 trucks and multiple trailers. Can operate software for all models of engines for troubleshooting. perform tasks on anything from brakes and wheel seals to complete inframe overhauls, work together with employees to get the job done correctly and keeping shop clean and organized. Responsibilities below -Here, you’ll do preventative maintenance and minor repairs on the newest and best maintained fleet of vehicles in the industry -You will help our Drivers keep their trucks in shape and on the road -Making sure vehicles are maintained and safe for our customers -Using tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics -Doing preventative maintenance repairs—like replacing or rotating tires—and completing vehicle component lubrication and replacement, some electrical system repairs, and cooling system maintenance on gas and diesel engine vehicles -Install injectors, pistons, liners, cam shafts, cylinder heads, rod and main bearings, oil pans, clutches, fan hubs, differentials, fifth wheels, brakes, change or recharge batteries, and replace transmissions and other parts -Working on other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Benefits -Medical -Dental -Vision Please call Dustin at 623-692-5513 if interested
