Drywall a 2x2 hole in a ceiling, plaster it, some misc painting and cleaning here $25/ hour
Requirements:
- Live nearby.
- Good attitude
- On time.
- Only respond if *you* want to do the work. (No subcontracting or referrals)
- Do whatever work needs to be done. Clean, plaster, move trash, paint, whatever
- No estimates, no by the job. Please do not respond if you do not want to do hourly
- ID Its a cash deal, but bring a pic ID - I want to know who's in my apartment building.
