Found white cat

Description

I found this cat under a car in my neighborhood and no one has claimed him I can’t keep him because he doesn’t like my dogs. He plays with cat toys and knows how to sit and he is super clean so I’m assuming someone owned him he’s super skittish. He only lets me pet him sometimes.Only contact if you have experience with cats and are serious about helping this little guy out he needs a home asap and I don’t want to take him to the pound.
