I have a short term rental that needs to be cleaned several times per month. The house is usually in good condition after they leave, but if it requires additional work just let me know. Normally, there will be some linens to be washed, trash taken out, floors and wiping things down. Usually takes 2-3 hours to get it ready for the next guest.
Come meet me this week and I'll walk you through it all. Can be regular work for you. Must have reliable transportation and be able to prioritize the work we'll give you. 🙂
