Temporary Full time or Part Time helper wanted for apartment maintenance position. Duties to include but not limited to grounds/curb appeal, help prep vacant apartment homes for make ready, assist office with miscellaneous tasks, other light maintenance duties as needed and skills allow. Using your own equipment and experience a plus, but not required. Must be at least 18 yrs of age, dependable, safety-conscious, self-motivated and able to produce quality work in a reasonable amount of time.
