We are hosting a First-Time Home Buyer Class on Thursday, September 8th from 7-8 pm. My husband and I attended one of these about a year or two before we bought our first home. We felt it was helpful because it helped us know more about what to expect and the process when buying our first home. With the market shifting and house prices coming down I am really hoping that will open up more opportunities for 1st time home buyers. I want to help get you ready as much as possible so if an opportunity knocks you'll be able to know what will be the best decision for you and your family and you won't miss out! If you can make it to the meeting in person we will be having a FREE dinner. If you can't come into the office then we can always send you a link to the meeting so you can join virtually. They do want us to RSVP!
