My company buys houses in philadelphia. We look at so many houses and I cannot always go to the property myself to take photos. These homes are distressed to outdated. So essentially we need photo and videos to make a more accurate offer on the homes. Sometimes, the photos and video will be for fully renovated properties, but primarily we only need someone to take photos of the properties we are looking to buy. These homes sometimes don't have electric on because they're vacant so a flashlight might be needed every now and then.
