Job description This role is responsible for maintenance activities for one property as well as maintaining and repairing the physical exterior and interior structures of buildings. This also includes mechanical, electrical and plumbing components. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, detail-oriented, and precise knowledge in the following areas: Plumbing Make-ready Electrical Drywall Grounds Painting Trash-out Inspections On-Call Carpentry State issued valid Driver's License is required.
